Terms of Service

Effective date: April 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aurora (the "Service"), operated by Stonk Lab ("Stonk Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not Financial Advice

Aurora is a research and information tool, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All predictions, signals, rankings, and analyses are generated by statistical models and are provided for informational purposes only.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading and investing involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Aurora you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at aurora@stonklab.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are suspected of fraud or abuse.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

Aurora offers three tiers:

• Free — $0/month. Limited features.
• Pro — $49/month. Full signal list and Stock X-Ray.
• Enterprise — $199/month. Includes auto-trade and broker integration when available.

Free Trial

New users may receive a free trial of a paid tier. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will either downgrade to Free or, if you have provided a payment method, begin the paid subscription automatically.

Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain paid-tier access until that date.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical failures that prevented you from using the Service. Contact aurora@stonklab.ai to request a refund review.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of a plan you're subscribed to, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will take effect at your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models, predictions, or data in bulk.
• Share, resell, or redistribute Aurora's predictions, signals, or analyses commercially without written permission.
• Share your account with others or operate multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Introduce malware, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Aurora, including its software, models, predictions, UI, and branding, is owned by Stonk Lab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your account is active and in good standing.

You retain ownership of content you create inside the Service (notes, watchlists, portfolio configurations). You grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to operate the Service for you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), SnapTrade (broker linking, when enabled), and market data providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties.

8. Paper Trading and Broker Integration

Aurora's default "portfolios" are paper trading — simulated portfolios using real market prices for educational and research purposes. No actual securities are bought or sold.

Enterprise users may optionally link a real brokerage account through SnapTrade. If you enable auto-trade or execute real trades through Aurora, you are solely responsible for all trades placed in your linked account, including those triggered by automated rules you configure. Aurora provides the signal; your broker executes the trade. We do not hold or have custody of your funds or securities.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF PREDICTIONS OR SIGNALS.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that predictions will be accurate or profitable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STONK LAB, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stonk Lab and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
